Recipe Directions for Beans and Greens

rinse and strain canned cannellini beans, then cut up spinach and collard greens. Add a serving of olive oil and 6 to 10 cloves of garlic (the more the better!). put your beans in first and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Next add your onions and greens and cook until wilted down. Your done!
