2 lb mustard green
3 cups cannelini beans
2 tbsp chicken base
4 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for beans and greens

  1. saute many cloves of garlic in olive oil

  2. chop, wash and saute the greens.

  3. add base, beans, water, and adjust seasoning.

  4. cook til wilted and hot. Eat.
