Recipe Ingredients for Beans with Goat Cheese Crumble

500 g Green Beans
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Beans with Goat Cheese Crumble

  1. Heat a large non-stick wok. Add green and yellow beans to skillet

  2. Pour in chicken broth and mix. Cover and cook at medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender but still crunchy. Transfer beans to a large bowl and set aside. Stir-fry red onion for 5 minutes. Add mixture to beans and toss. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat well. Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
