frozen baby limas, cooked, and then sauteed with evoo, garlic and onion. Divided into 1 cup containers.

130 grams Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
4.28 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12.57 grams Garlic
14.2 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for beans, frozen baby lima with evoo/gar/onion; 1 C serv.

  1. Place frozen baby limas in a large pot, cover with water, boil til almost soft. Drain. Remove from pot and set aside.

  2. Warm the oil in the same large pot.

  3. Add onion and garlic. Saute' til desired softness.

  4. Stir in black pepper or other spices.

  5. Stir in cooked limas and continue to cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

  6. Serve or save. Freezes well.
