THIS IS PINTO BEANS JUST STRAIGHT BOILED WITH NO ADITIVES WITH SOME OF MY FAVORITE FOOD MIXED IN.

Recipe Ingredients for BEANS A LA CHICKEN

2 cups OF BEANS, PINTO, MATURE SEEDS, SPROUTED-COOKED, BOILED, DRAINED WITHOUT SALT
3 tblsp OF SALSA
1 oz OF TOMATO
1 oz OF ONION
3 oz OF CHICKEN, COOKED

Recipe Directions for BEANS A LA CHICKEN

  1. GET TWO CUPS OF RAW PINTO BEANS AND SORT THROUGH THEM TO GET RID OF ALL THE EXCESS OR BROKEN SEEDS.

  2. GET A REALLY BIG POT AND PUT 7-8 CUPS OF WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL.

  3. ONCE THE WATER IS BOILING PUT YOUR BEANS IN THERE AND STIR. MAKE SURE AND WASH BEANS BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN YOUR POT.

  4. SLICE UP HALF AN ONION IN BIG CHUNKS AND THROUGH THAT IN WATER WITH THE BEANS KEEP THE BEANS ON MED. SO NOT TO BURN THEM.

  5. SHOULD TAKE A COUPLE HOURS TO COOK DON'T USE SALT OR ANY OTHER ADITIVES

  6. GET ABOUT 3 OZ OF CHICKEN AND COOK THEM WITH SOME PAM AND OR MRS. DASH OR ANY SEASONING YOU WANT TO PUT.

  7. ONCE THE CHICKEN IS DONE SHREAD IT UP WITH YOUR FINGERS OR A FORK/KNIFE THROUGH IN SOME LARGE BOWL.

  8. YOU CAN ADD YOUR SALSA TO THE CHICKEN SO THE CHICKEN CAN ABSORB SOME OF THE FLAVOR.

  9. ONCE YOUR BEANS ARE DONE, DRAIN THEM AND GRAB ABOUT TWO CUPS AND MUSH THEM WITH A FORK TO MAKE THEM MUSHY.

  10. THROUGH THEM IN THE BOWL WITH YOUR CHICKEN AND SALSA. MIX WELL

  11. ADD TOMATO AND ONION TO YOUR LIKING. I LIKE TO THROUGH SOME CABBAGE ALSO FOR CRUNCH BUT THATS ME.

  12. I EAT ABOUT 1/2 CUP EVERY COUPLE HOURS IT KEEPS ME FULL AND ITS LOW IN FAT. I JUST MAKE SURE TO EAT OATMEAL IN THAT SAME DAY TO HELP LOWER THE CHOLESTERAL I TOOK IN FROM THE CHICKEN.
