Recipe Ingredients for beans carrot subji

1/2 cup beans, snap, green
1/4 cup carrots
1/2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp black bean
1/4 tsp pepper, red, powder
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for beans carrot subji

  1. heat oil in wok/pan, splutter mustard, add black bean, saute till golden brown.

  2. add beans and carrot, salt, chilli powder.

  3. add an ounce of water.

  4. cover pan, reduce flame and cook till veggies turn tender.
