Recipe Ingredients for Beans: 445 Chili

1 onion
5 cloves garlic
800 g beef, ground
350 g black beans
360 g tomatoes, chopped
400 g tomato sauce
250 g salsa, picante, pace
3 T chili powder
1 t cocoa

Recipe Directions for Beans: 445 Chili

  1. Carmelize onions and garlic

  2. Add beef and brown (you can also you beef round, but then pressure cook @ 15 psi for 20 min.)

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer till hot. Enjoy.
