Recipe Ingredients for beanless crockpot chili

660 g (2lbs raw) ground turkey
24 oz low sodium tomato juice
24 oz low sodium chicken broth
16 oz water
1/2 onion, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for beanless crockpot chili

  1. brown turkey.

  2. add in minced onion and garlic cook for a few minutes.

  3. add meat/onions into crockpot.

  4. add in tomato juice, chicken broth, water, chili powder, cumin, and salt. mix until combined.

  5. mix water and cornstarch together and add.

  6. cook on low for 7-9 hours.
