Recipe Ingredients for Beanless chili

45 oz stewed tomatoes
2 lbs ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
3 tbsp jalapeno, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
3/4 c salsa
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Beanless chili

  1. Brown ground beef until cooked through, drain, set aside.

  2. In a large pot, combine all other ingredients, and bring to a simmer over med. heat.

  3. Turn down heat to low and add beef.

  4. Simmer on low for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
