Recipe Ingredients for Bean and turkey soup

1 lb. dried beans
1 cup shredded turkey
3 carrots
3 onions
3 stalks celery
2 quarts water
1 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Bean and turkey soup

Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain. Saute chopped carrots, onions and celery in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add beans, turkey and water and cook until beans are very tender.
