Recipe Ingredients for Bean Topping for Baked Potato

175 g Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
400 g crushed tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 dash tabasco

Recipe Directions for Bean Topping for Baked Potato

  1. Fry onion.

  2. Add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, worcestershire sauce, paprika (i used smoked paprika) and tabasco.

  3. Add the beans.

  4. Simmer until sauce thickens.

  5. Serve on top of a baked potato.
