585 g canellini beans
115 g baby spinach
794 g diced tomatoes
370 g carrot juice
1 T Herbes de Provence
4 serving Low Sodium Vegetable Broth

  1. Brown onions and garlic

  2. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, spices and beans.

  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
