Recipe Ingredients for Bean and tomato sauce

400 grams Light Red Kidney Beans
2 cup Tomato Juice
1 small Onions
5 grams Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp Spices Oregano Leaves
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.7 tsp Sea Salt
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Bean and tomato sauce

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the finely chopped onion, add a tablespoon of water, when it is starting to brown. Add chopped garlic, stir well. Pour in tomato juice, add spices (if you use fresh herbs, add them only at the last 5 minutes of cooking). Let it simmer over medium heat until thickened, while stirring occassionally.
