A combination of black & pinto beans with tomatoes, red onion, zucchini, and jalapeno for heat :)

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Succotash

2.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
2.5 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
3 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Bean Succotash

Dice up the tomatoes and the zucchini. Finely chop the jalapeno and the red onion add the black beans and the pinto beans (drained of course) then add 1/4 cup water and simmer for a half hour until the zucchini is tender remove from heat and serve with your favorite main dish (I like tuna steaks)
