Longer cooking is better. Flavour is enhanced if Bean Stuff is made the day before. 1 serving = approx. 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Stuff

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
19 oz. canned stewed tomatoes
16 oz. canned kidney beans
16 oz. canned lima beans, drained
16 oz. baked beans with pork
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 Salt, pepper & Tabasco sauce to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Bean Stuff

  1. Brown ground beef and onion

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer for 1-2 hours on top of stove.
