Recipe Ingredients for bean stew

15 grams pearl barley
30 grams red lentils
75 grams beans
400 grams tomatoes
125 grams carrots
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for bean stew

  1. cook pulses as directed

  2. rinse then put in a clean pan with all veg and 500ml water

  3. add herbs and spices to taste

  4. bring to the boil then simmer for 15 mins
