Recipe Ingredients for Bean stew

1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans
1/2 cup black beans, cooked
1 carrot, shredded
1 small onion
15 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
3 cups spinach
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cups vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Bean stew

  1. Saute onion, carrots, add garlic.

  2. Add tomatoes, heat through. Add water, cauliflower, cook 4 minutes. Add spinach, cook until spinach is wilted.
