400 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
396 grams Tofu, Firm
1/2 pack Oriental Stir Fry Frozen Vegetables
15 grams Miso
100 g Vermicelli
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

  1. cook noodles, rinse, drain

  2. stir fry frozen veg with spring onions.

  3. add beans sprouts and tofu, mix in soy sauce and add miso before serving
