Recipe Ingredients for Bean sprout Salad

1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Bean sprout Salad

Dice garlic and combine with salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Mix in bean sprouts and chill.
