Recipe Ingredients for bean and spinach dip

15 oz Kidney beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 pkg frozen spinach
2 tbsp fat free yogurt
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for bean and spinach dip

  1. puree all ingredients except the spinach in food processor

  2. defrost frozen spinach and add to bean mixture

  3. chill and serve
