Recipe Ingredients for Bean soup

1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cup Black Beans, Organic
3 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 medium Carrots
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
28 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
6 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Bean soup

  1. saute veggies in oil

  2. add spices

  3. add water, beans, rice and tomatoes

  4. cook for about an hour

  5. enjoy
