2 cups Yellow Split Peas
1/2 cup French Lentils
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 cup Corn
1 Onion
1 Zucchini
1 Pepper
3/4 cup Okra

  1. soak beans

  2. saute vegetable with seasonings

  3. add beans and water

  4. cook 3 hours
