I had to convert some things to get the nutritional info...use 4 (15 oz) cans of beans, rinse and drain them. use 2 cans of reduced sodium chicken broth

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Soup

3 1/2 cups great northern beans
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. bottled minced garlic
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 cups water
3 carrots, sliced

Recipe Directions for Bean Soup

  1. Combine in pot

  2. bring to boil

  3. reduce heat

  4. cover and simmer for 20 minutes
