Recipe Ingredients for bean soup!

18 ounces great northern beans, soaked
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 cups tomato sauce
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for bean soup!

Soak and rinse beans. everything else in the crockpot and cook all day on low. Blended a few cups of the soup to give a nice consistancy. garnish with a table spoon of bacon bits and jalapeno. Also added a bunch of salt so sodium content is awesome, I'm sure.
