Recipe Ingredients for Bean soup

3/4 cup potatoes, diced
16 oz beans,mixed
16 oz tomatoes
1/2 c onion, chopped
8 c water

Recipe Directions for Bean soup

soak beans overnight or use quick method (wash. cover with water, bring to boil, remove from heat, and wait 1 hour)add potatoes, tomatoes and Celery to pot, with a little water. let cook until hot. add beans, and about 8 cups of hot water. Cook until beans are soft.
