white beans and chicken broth for the base made with fresh kale and tomatoes (add1 tsp dried Italian herbs, salt and pepper, and .5cup chopped parsley)

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Soup with Kale

0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 serving Garlic Cloves
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 cup, chopped Kale
2 serving Chicken Broth
8 oz Beans
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
200 grams Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Bean Soup with Kale

  1. heat olive oil in a large pot

  2. and garlic and onion: saute until soft

  3. Add kale and saute stirring until wilted

  4. Add 2 cups of brother and 1 cup of beans and the rest of the tomato herbs and salt and pepper

  5. Simmer 5 minutes

  6. mix the remaining beans and brother until smooth in blender or food processor and stir into soup to thicken.

  7. Simmer 15 minutes
