Recipe Ingredients for bean salsa

1 3/4 cup Field Peas with Snaps
1 1/2 cup Black Beans
1 cup Whole Kernel White Sweet Corn
2 oz Distilled White Vinegar
4 oz Pimento, Canned
2 oz Vegetable Oil
6 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
8 oz Onions
4 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for bean salsa

  1. put splenda, oil, and tiger sauce in large bowl.

  2. drain and rinse one can each of black beans, white corn, and field peas; add to bowl.

  3. add one jar diced pimentos.

  4. finely chop one red onion and half a bunch of fresh cilantro leaves and add to bowl.

  5. stir well; cover and refrigerate over night.

  6. serve with tostitos corn "scoops"
