From marie claire 'kitchen' pg 321. Green beans and lima beans with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, walnut oil and dijon mustard.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp walnut oil
1/2 tsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
400 g green beans, trimmed
400 g lima beans
1 tbsp italian parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

Put the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, walnut oil, sugar and mustard into a large bowl and season liberally with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Whist with a fork until combined. Blanch the green beans in boiling water until they begin to turn bright green, then quickly drain and add to the bowl. Toss the green beans until they are well coated in the dressing. Allow to cool, then add the butterbeans and parsley and toss again. Serves 4 as a side dish.
