Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

14 oz black beans
14 oz kidney beans
14 oz navy beans
14 oz pinto beans
1 serrano pepper
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tsp shallot
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/16 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp agave syrup
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

  1. Use 3 or 4 different types of beans and mix with diced red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and green onions.

  2. For dressing, combine remaining ingredients, pour over salad, and mix.
