Bean salad- and it's a great way to use any unused veggies in your fridge! Eat as a side or toss over greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

1 cup Chick Peas
15 oz Kidney Beans (1 can)
15 oz White Kidney Beans (1 can)
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Cauliflower
1 T Sesame Oil
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

  1. Boil Broccoli and Cauliflower together lightly. Rinse and Cool

  2. Combine beans.

  3. Add Vegetables. You can add a chopped red onion and/or garlic too.

  4. Mix the dressing in a separate bowl and pour over the mixture.

  5. Add Braggs Liquid Aminos to get that salty flavor, or add Tabasco or Worchestire sauce.

  6. Serving size is 1.5 cups
