Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

14 1/2 ounce (1 can) black beans
14 1/2 ounce (1 can) dark red kidney beans
15 ounce (1 can) garbanzo beans
14 1/2 ounce (1 can) white kidney beans
10 ounce (1 pkg) corn, frozen kernels, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
8 ounce (1 jar) chunky salsa
1 pinch parsley, dried

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

  1. Pour beans into a colander, and rinse under running water.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss beans and corn together with oil, paprika, chili powder, lime juice, and salsa. Sprinkle with parsley, cover, and chill.
