pulses, beans, capsicum, toms, corn, olives, red onion + balsamic dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Bean salad

240 g mixed pulses (1 tin)
240 g cannellini beans (1 tin)
3 green peppers, raw
200 g cherry tomatoes, raw
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
50 g green olives
90 g corn kernels (1 small can)
1/2 red onion, raw

Recipe Directions for Bean salad

  1. marinate pulses in vinegar, sugar and salt while preparing rest of the salad

  2. chop veggies

  3. toss together
