Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

24 oz navy beans
1 red pepper
1/2 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

Chop vegetables finely. Rinse navy beans if using canned. Blend oil, juice, honey and mustard or whisk by hand. Add dressing to vegetables and beans. If used as a side salad, use smaller portions. Use 6 oz portion if served as a main meal.
