Bean salad that is good alone or with chips like a salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

1 green pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 red pepper
15 oz garbanzo beans
15 oz black beans
1/2 cup red onion
1 cup corn
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Splenda
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

Chop all peppers and onion, drain and rinse beans and add to a large bowl with the corn. In a seperate small bowl, mix the cumin, chili powder, salt, sugar substitute, vinegar, and oil combining well. Pour the liquid mixture over the bean mixture and toss to coat. Add lime juice about an hour before serving. Refridgerate for an hour before serving.
