Delicious bean salad with home made dressing is healthier than store bought

Recipe Ingredients for Bean salad

8 oz kidney beans
8 oz chickpeas
8 oz black beans
1 zucchini
1 green pepper
1 white onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp oregano
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Bean salad

  1. Combine the beans and veggies

  2. Combine other ingredients to make the dressing.

  3. Toss the whole thing together and store in the fridge!
