Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad

540 ml dark red kidney beans
540 ml white kidney beans
540 ml corn
540 ml black eyed peas
1 red pepper
1 cup brown rice, cooked
4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

  1. Rinse canned kidney beans, corn and black eyed peas. Chop red pepper and add to beans, peas and corn along with rice and seasonings.

  2. Stir together sugar, vinegar, water and pour over salad. Let marianate in fridge and enjoy!
