2 cup Salad, Vegetable, Tossed
0.5 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 tortilla medium (approx 6" dia) Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Corn
1 oz Jalapeno Pepper
0.5 oz Sharp Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad

Tortillas are fried and placed as the base. All other ingredients are place on the top with the cheese and Jalapeņos as top garnish.
