8 oz chickpeas
1/2 cup red onions
1 cup black olives
1 cup feta cheese
1 medium red pepper(1/3orange red yellow totals 1)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for bean salad as dip

  1. cut up with pastry cutter, coarse beans

  2. marinate dressing with choppped veggies 2 hours in fridge

  3. add to the bean mixture

  4. coarse dip
