Place cut green beans in a glass bowl or pie plate, cover and microwave on high until crisp-tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Place edamame in separate glass bowl and microwave 1 minute.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Salad - 3/4 cup

16 oz Beans, Snap, Green
2 cup Soybeans In Pods
8 oz Beans
1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
12 oz Onion Red
5 2/5 oz Fine White Wine Vinegar
2 3/5 oz Canola Oil
6 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Bean Salad - 3/4 cup

In a large bowl, combine green beans, edamame, kidney beans, garbanzo beans and red onion, tossing lightly. Whisk rice vinegar, canola oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a separate small bowl until thoroughly blended. Pour dressing over bean-onion mixture and stir lightly to coat all ingredients. Enjoy immediately. Refrigerate leftovers in tightly covered container.
