1 tbs butter
1 tbs salsa
300 g cheddar
4 flour tortillas

  1. scramble eggs

  2. meanwhile: heat up rice/bean mixture

  3. heat up tortillas in microwave or oven

  4. assemble tortillas sprinkle with cheese and add salsa, wrap up. enjoy
