Recipe Ingredients for Bean and Rice Burgers

1 yellow pepper
1 medium red onion
1 cup brown rice
540 ml black beans
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Bean and Rice Burgers

Chop ingredients finely and mix and form into patties. Bake at 350 celcius until golden or veggies softened.
