Recipe Ingredients for Bean Potato and Tomato Soup

1/4 cup olive oil
2 medium onions
3 celery stalks
3 medium carrots
2 cloves garlic
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
500 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
14 1/2 ounces kidney beans, cooked
750 grams tomato sauce
2 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Bean Potato and Tomato Soup

  1. Saute oil, onions, garlic, celery and carrots.

  2. When semi-tender, add diced tomatoes and potatoes.

  3. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.

  4. Add beans and tomato sauce.

  5. Simmer until cooked.

  6. Season to taste
