Recipe Ingredients for Bean/Pepper Relish

480 g canned black beans
240 g black-eyed peas
1 cup italian dressing, fat free
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 large onion
2 tbs cilantro
1 tbs garlic
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Bean/Pepper Relish

  1. Drain beans/peas and rinse.

  2. Chop peppers and onions in small pieces.

  3. Combine all ingredients.

  4. Chill overnight.
