Recipe Ingredients for Bean & Pepper Mexican Salad

1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
15 1/4 ounce kidney beans
4 1/4 ounce chopped olives
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Bean & Pepper Mexican Salad

  1. In a large salad bowl, mix peppers, onion, beans and olives.

  2. Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic powder.

  3. Pour mixture over beans and peppers. Add red pepper flakes and cumin to taste (optional). Serve chilled.
