Beans, olives, sundried tomatoes, and spinach dip.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean and Olive Dip

2 cups red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, packed in olive oil
1 cup spinach, torn into small pieces
1/4 cup pitted black olives (no salt added)

Recipe Directions for Bean and Olive Dip

Put it all in a wok on medium high for 8 minutes. Mash and serve.
