2 clove Garlic
1 medium head raw Escarole
4 cup Light
2 cup Beans Cannellini

  1. saute chopped garlic in olive oil

  2. add chopped escarole

  3. add chicken broth and drained and rinsed beans

  4. salt and pepper to taste

  5. simmer 5 min
