Recipe Ingredients for Bean & Escarole Soup

3 cups escarole
2 cups great northern beans
3 tbl garlic
1 tbl olive oil
8 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tbl oregano
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked

Recipe Directions for Bean & Escarole Soup

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add escarole and allow to wilt. Add chicken broth and oregano. Before serving add cooked macaroni.
