A bean dip that's quick and easy to make for lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean dip

3 serving Fat Free Refried Beans
1.5 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans (50% Less Sodium)
3 serving Sliced Black Olives
3 oz Cheese 2% Milk
4 tbsp Thick
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
4 tbsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Bean dip

  1. 1 can of dark red kidney beans

  2. 1 can Fat free re-fried Beans

  3. 1 can (small) can of sliced black olives

  4. 1 can low sodium mushrooms

  5. 3 ounces of 2% Velveeta

  6. Mix all ingredients in a stock pot. Heat till cheese is melted. Add shredded cheese and sour cream before serving.
