Recipe Ingredients for Bean and Corn Salad

1 tbsp canola oil
6 oz chickpeas
15 oz black beans
15 oz no salt added red kidney beans
2 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 oz light Italian dressing
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Bean and Corn Salad

  1. Pour chickpeas, beans, and corn into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add condiments and seasonings and stir.

  3. Can be served chilled or room temperature. Great with a dollop of light sour cream or hummus!
