Recipe Ingredients for bean chilli

4 oz lean ground turkey
100 g green bell pepper
1/2 c Black Beans, Canned
1/2 c Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1/2 c Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
50 g poblano pepper
15 g hot pepper
50 g onion
15 g garlic
70 g tomato
1 c water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for bean chilli

  1. chop the veggies

  2. add everything to the pan

  3. cook to golden brown

  4. then add water and let it steep
